Data Engineer

Sacramento, CA

Capio Group is looking for a Data Engineer to support data programs and strategic planning.

Scope Of Work:

Capio Group is looking for a Data Engineer to provide Enterprise Data Governance and Facilitation services to support our client’s data programs and strategic planning. Required tasks may include, but not limited to:

  • Assist with further development and implementation of the Enterprise Data Management Strategy, to include support of the Data Management Functions across the enterprise.
  • Identify and document attributes and features of current client’s data management tools and applications.
  • Contribute and collaborate in the development of the Information Architecture portion of Enterprise Data Management Strategy.
  • Perform research and analysis, environmental scans, and other informational materials; make recommendations about how to implement best practices, according to these findings, to improve client’s data management maturity.
  • Provide project support as needed, assisting with data management, data mining, data modeling, data standards, data governance, and data quality.
  • Support development and implementation of Enterprise Data Management Strategy.
  • Integrate and provide consulting services to integrate with, and support, Information Technology Governance, as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of professionally impacting data solution development and implementation experience.
  2. At least 3 years of experience with and/or developing a data governance strategy or associated documents (Gap Analysis, Roadmaps, Transition Plans, Executive Summary, and Maturity Models).
  3. At least 3 years of experience gathering, documenting, designing, and applying data requirements and data standards.
  4. At least 3 year of experience with Data Management.
  5. At least 3 years of experience with Snowflake data warehouse.

Data Integration Developer

Sacramento, CA

Capio Group is looking for a Data Integration Developer to assist with BI data integration solutions.

Scope of Work:

Capio Group is looking for a Data Integration Developer to deliver services including, but not limited to:

  • Design and development of (programming, testing, enhancements, and maintenance) specialized software for a Business Intelligence (BI) data integration solution for an advanced analysis of client’s business transactions.
  • Provide backup maintenance and operations support for the data platform that consists of 3,000+ ETL jobs, an operational data store and a data warehouse.
  • Modernization of BI data platform and Architecting DevOps into the data & analytics software project lifecycle. Architecting frameworks that increase automation capabilities.
  • Knowledge transfer to the client staff.

Mandatory Experience: 

  1. Must have participated in at least two (2) successful Business Intelligence and/or Analytics projects, one of which with a budget of at least $1 million.

  2. At least three (3) years of experience in some or all areas of Pension, Health Insurance, Customer Service, or Finance.

  3. At least five (5) years of experience performing tasks pertaining to data integration (ETL) processes to transform disparate source data into the target data stores, data warehouses or data marts.

  4. At least three (3) years of experience in data integration projects using Oracle Database 11g and Oracle Data Integrator or similar ETL tools.

  5. At least five (5) years of experience with interpreting requirements and developing complex PL/SQL, SQL and data marts

Salesforce Developer

Sacramento, CA

Capio Group is looking for a Salesforce Developer with specialized knowledge of Salesforce’s capabilities who can support existing Salesforce applications and help implement new systems.

Scope of Work:

The Salesforce Developer supports new projects by leading, designing, developing, testing, and implementing Solution components using specialized knowledge of Salesforce’s capabilities. The Salesforce Developer works with client subject matter experts to understand the client's product vision and to break it down into an actionable backlog of features, stories, and/or development tasks. The Salesforce Developer works with the other technical team members to ensure all implementation and M&O requirements are fully met. The Salesforce Developer is expected to understand the Salesforce and AWS product roadmap, and release upgrades, and works with the other technical team members to implement releases and upgrades without disruption.

Responsibilities including but not limited to: 

  • Helps the implementation of the Salesforce solutions. 
  • Plans, creates, and manages user stories backlog or development tasks.
  • Manages design, configuration, customization, testing, implementation, maintenance, and operations of the Solution using Agile and Waterfall methodology processes. 
  • Designs and develops custom workflow and functionality on Salesforce to meet Solution requirements.
  • Supports the team in integrating and interfacing with SaaS components and third-party products.
  • Supports and educates clients on Solution design, development, integration testing, UAT, training and business process activities.
  • Addresses questions from client staff and others on Salesforce capabilities and helps prepare knowledge transfer documentation.  

Mandatory Experience: 

  1. Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing and developing Salesforce platform-based applications.

  2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Salesforce Platform with Visual Studio, Lighting UI and Lighting Components and APEX/Trigger/APEX Classes.

  3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Salesforce Lighting Design System and SFDX. Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.

  4. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Government Cloud, experience in full lifecycle implementation, batch jobs, changesets.

  5. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Salesforce Administration, experience with permission sets, user/profile management, sharing rules, and approval processes.

  6. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Visual Force, SQL, and JavaScript.

  7. Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing & developing interfaces with the legacy application using the MuleSoft platform.

    Desirable Experience: 

    1. A bachelor's degree Information Technology or Engineering.

    2. At least one (1) year of experience as a Salesforce Developer implementing Salesforce on IT projects with a total budget of at least $2,000,000.

    3. An AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS (or Azure) Certified Cloud Practitioner.

    4. Hold certification in Salesforce.

    Account Manager

    Sacramento, CA

    Capio Group is looking for a Account Manager to help build and lead IT service delivery teams. 

    This job would only go forward if that candidate secures/provides a qualified lead that results in a contract.

    Scope of Work:

    The Account Manager will build and manage long-lasting, trusting relationships with current and prospective Capio Group clients, oversee a portfolio of customers and projects, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities to support customer initiatives and generate more revenue for the Capio Group. The Account Manager responsible for handling and managing multiple client accounts, for leading a team of Capio Group Consultants dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned projects, and making sure you understand the client’s needs and recommending solutions accordingly.

    Responsibilities including but not limited to: 

    • Manage the delivery of information technology-based projects that include Project Management, Custom Application Development, System Configuration & Integration, Data Management, and Cloud Infrastructure.
    • Develop customer and partner leads. Nurture relationships with a goal of generating/sourcing viable business opportunities.
    • Lead proposal development teams and activities.
    • Facilitate project planning, analysis, onboarding, and obtain consensus from Executive Staff and Program Managers regarding project priorities, scope, schedule, and budget. 
    • Produce project plans and deliverables, review team documentation, and manage time, quality, and cost metrics and provide detailed implementation reporting.
    • Supervise and provide mentorship to project delivery staff.

    Mandatory Experience (within the past 10 years): 

    1. Proven work experience as an Account Manager juggling multiple accounts and/or projects at a time.
    2. Must have two (2) years of responsible project management experience managing large-scale information technology (IT) projects.
    3. Must have two (2) years of experience managing large-scale projects using an agile/iterative system development approach.
    4. Must have four (4) years of experience supervising and mentoring teams while handling client accounts.
    5. Must have four (4) years of experience ensuring timely and successful delivery of multiple client projects/accounts.
    6. Must have two (2) years of experience participating in the government proposal development process.
    7. Must have two (2) years of experience participating in lead and business development process.

    Desirable Experience (within the past 10 years): 

    1. Two (2) years working as a IT consultant preferably in a project management position.
    2. Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 scheduling and the ability to create and maintain a cost and resource loaded schedule.
    3. Must possess a current and valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute.
    4. Two (2) years working as a Account Manager serving State of California government organizations.

      Data Management Analyst

      Sacramento, CA

      Capio Group is looking for a Data Management Analyst to provide services to support the execution of the Client's approved Data Management Plan.

      Scope of Work:

      Provide services to support the execution of the approved Data Management Plan, including but not limited to:

      • Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve objectives for data management.
      • Document and assess the as-is data environment.
      • Identify, collect, and classify client data.
      • Organize data and create data models for all client applications.
      • Build a repository of data sources, data flows, data owners, data custodian, and data users.
      • Administer mapping of all data sources and its movement to ensure data quality.
      • Analyze information flow and recommend appropriate technologies to support business processes.
      • Implement data governance processes.
      • Obtain metrics and other indicators to determine data quality/integrity.
      • Build tabletop exercises to ensure recoverability of data.
      • Perform tasks to ensure the client is in compliance with SAM 5305.5, FIPS 199 and NIST 800-600.
      • Assess existing data security processes and recommends/implements solutions to resolve or improve processes.
      • Analyze and recommend a data classification solution best suited for the client and support its implementation.

      Mandatory Experience:

      1. Must have a minimum three (3) years of experience as a Data Analyst. Experience must include data mapping, classification, and analysis for multiple IT systems and interfaces; analyzing current state data environments; and designing future state data environments.
      2. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience leading design meetings with multiple stakeholder groups, including requirements gathering, process development, or Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
      3. Must have minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting data analytics and reporting using tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau, or any similar tool.
      4. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting project management and system development life cycle activities.
      5. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience implementing/executing data classification processes.
      6. Must have a minimum one (1) year of experience working with database management systems like Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server with any programming language (Java/C/C++/Python).
      7. Familiar with methodology and tools in the marketplace to assist with determining how data sources at the client may interact (e.g. primary/foreign keys that join tables from different data sources).
      8. Familiar with methodology and tools in the marketplace to assist client with data classification.
      9. Capability to install and configure SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI services plus assist with effort to restrict access to sensitive data.
      10. Able to assist in starting to setup ETL processes to a interim SQL warehouse (if use cases arise).
